- Head Professional at Preston Trail Golf Club (1999 to present)
- Head Professional at El Paso Country Club (1996-1999)
- Assistant professional under Bill Eschenbrenner at El Paso Country Club (1992 to 1995)
- Elected to PGA Membership: July 1994
- 2018 El Paso Golf Hall of Fame
- Qualified for 20 Joe Black Cup Matches
Mentoring/Teaching
- Mentored and coached Rich Beem to three PGA Tour wins, including 2002 PGA Championship
- Fifteen-time Golf Digest’s “Best Teachers in Texas” List
- Mentor and coach Jeff Barton, Preston Trail Director of Instruction, 2018 NTPGA Teacher of the Year
- Coached multiple college All-Americans and PGA Professionals
- Three former assistants have won NTPGA Assistant Professional of the Year
- One former assistant has won NTPGA Golf Professional of the Year
- Seven former assistants are now Head Golf Professionals
- Three former assistants are Directors of Instruction
