2024 Nomination Form

Please carefully review qualification requirements before nominating a candidate. The nomination process begins on January 10, 2024 and closes on February 21, 2024. There shall be no more than eight total nominees per category per induction year. Not all public nominations are guaranteed a place on the official ballot.
